Before you think about joining this program, I want to tell you about my experience and share some pictures. After talking to more than 10 frnds from my batch, it's clear that we all regrett our decision. We lost our 77,000 Rs for the information easily available online. The journey starts with the admission process, where they use fancy marketing to make you think you might miss out on something great. The main person in charge is Ranjan Sir, who's good at promoting himself. He avoids showing his face and has crafted a persona that makes him seem almost god-like. They always call him Sir Sir, making him seem very important. He's good at marketing, This marketing strategy includes pressuring students for positive reviews. wasting time in promoting his youtube channel. He has a WhatsApp grp for every batch where only the admin can send messages, not students. The sessions, 3 times a week (Fri 2hrs, Sat 3hrs, Sun 3hrs), often start 20 min late and end 20 min early. Even though they say it's a 3hr session, we're lucky if we get 1hr of learning. When it comes to his training standard, he is not at all professional in nature. I have observed many crude words from him, which we hear from local goons as well. He asks some illegical questions to random people, and when we fail to answer them, he will start insulting that person in front of the entire class. Ranjan mostly speaks in Hindi, and many find it hard to understand because of his local accent. Asking questions is frustrating because he doesn't always get what we're asking. Instead, he talks about random things. He needs to work on communication. Things got worse when we started learning Python. They brought in a different teacher, and none of us could understand a word. He always failed to keep the audience engaged, and he just used to read whatever was there on the screen. For Excel, he took 3hrs to explain filters that should take 3min. We could've learned it from Reels on social media. Regarding job placement, assistance was non-existent. 2 weeks were spent with empty words and dreams. The guidance person gave motivational lectures without plans or reasoning. A significant issue arose when he claimed to run a small Ed business with a GST number. However, when I asked for a fee receipt for my payment, he denied it. When I offered to visit the institute to collect a hard copy of the receipt, he stopped responding. He never answered calls or checked WhatsApp messages. If you're enrolling, ask about meeting him at the institute. They'll likely say he's not in B'lore due to family emergencies and will come in 4-5 days. They'll suggest sorting things over a phone call, warning if seats fill, they're not responsible. Falling for this fear, I paid and lost all my money. It's important to note that positive feedback on YouTube and WhatsApp is fake. If you don't provide positive written feedback, you won't be allowed to enter the class, even if you've paid. This can be verified through screenshots. He wasted 3 hrs asking about experience and companies. My advice is to create a Google Form for this. Another incident involved a person claiming to be from a previous batch, saying he got placed because of "GOD Ranjan" he called him to market his course, for over every question for career career he replied same "Ranjan sir is god, he will take care". He didn't turn on his camera, raising suspicions of a paid actor. After training, Ranjan disappeared, leaving us with just a voice and a name. Think twice before joining. It's not worth the high fee. We wasted four months and 77,000 rupees and didn't get what we were promised. Ranjan seems to be taking our money without helping. I'm thinking of writing a complaint about the scam to The NCDR Commission of India.

I am not alone here, every one of my friends who joined this course in my batch shares the heavy burden of regret. Together, we squandered our hard-earned 77,000 rupees on a venture that ultimately left us wanting. The course structure promises three classes a week: a two-hour session on Friday and three-hour sessions on Saturday and Sunday. However, in practice, the sessions often start 10 to 20 minutes late, with Ranjan Sir indulging in a 15-minute "Man ki Baat" session laden with dubious anecdotes and theatrics. These delays eat into the precious time allocated for learning, leaving us shortchanged. What stings even more is the content itself. We paid a considerable sum for material that was readily available on YouTube, albeit in a more comprehensible format. Moreover, the sessions end prematurely, often a full 15 minutes before the scheduled time, leaving us feeling cheated. The document might state a three-hour session, but in reality, we were lucky to get one hours of content. It's a trap for unsuspecting beginners. Zoom calls are another ordeal. Ranjan Sir heavily favors Hindi during his training, which many of us struggled to comprehend due to his strong regional accent. Asking questions during these sessions often led to frustration, as he frequently failed to grasp our inquiries. His go-to escape was diverting the conversation back to "Man Ki Baat." He just dodges our questions, saying this is not required. I advise him to work on his communication and comprehension skills first. Now, let me address some positives, albeit rare in number. Ranjan Sir mandates that participants keep their cameras on, ensuring engagement in the session. However, it's important to note that he rarely turned his own camera on during training. He remained a faceless entity, both on YouTube and in posts, as adding an air of mystery to his fraude. As he dont have that face to show. Faceless fraude. However, the experience took a nosedive when we delved into Phython. Incredibly, they had a different instructor for this segment, and none of us could decipher a word of what was being taught. It was a glaring shortcoming that highlighted the need for substantial improvement in their teaching methods. When it comes to excel. he took 3 hours of session just to explain how to apply filters. a topic which need 3 mins of time. even when we get this learning in reels. Moving on to the placement assistance promised by the program, it was disappointingly limited. They offered interview tips and hosted mock interviews to help improve our skills, but they lacked industry connections. Do not anticipate referrals or corporate contacts; they simply don't exist. At best, they guide you on interview skills and job-seeking strategies. Unfortunately, after two months of rigorous training, none of us had secured positions in the industry. Only two managed to land jobs after an additional two months of searching. In conclusion, I urge you to think twice before enrolling in this program. Personally, I found it far from worth the exorbitant fees they charge. Perhaps it would be more reasonable at a price point of 5000 rupees. Our four months and 77,000 rupees were squandered, leaving us with a bitter taste of unfiled promises. RANJAN is a scammer who collects money and downgrades your morals for 8 hrs a week.
